1. Who can use Fonzworth

you must be at least 18 years old. you must provide accurate information when you sign up. you must be authorized to use the email or apple/google account you sign in with.

if you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Your account

you're responsible for what happens on your account. that means:

• keep your sign-in credentials secure
• don't share your account with anyone else
• tell me at hello@fonzworth.io if you believe your account has been compromised

i may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to harm other users.

3. Subscription, billing, and trials

how it works:

• the service is offered as a monthly or annual subscription
• there's a 7-day free trial. no card required to start.
• after the trial, you'll need to provide payment information to continue
• subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel
• cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period

price changes:

• i may change prices for new subscribers at any time
• if i change prices for existing subscribers, you'll get at least 30 days' notice
• founders edition pricing is locked for the lifetime of the subscription, as long as the subscription remains continuous

refunds:

• the 7-day free trial is your time to decide. no charges happen during it.
• monthly subscriptions: refunds are not generally provided for partial months, but i'll consider exceptional circumstances on request
• annual subscriptions: prorated refunds within 30 days of the most recent charge if you've genuinely tried the service and decided it's not for you. email hello@fonzworth.io.

4. How you can use the service

you may use fonzworth for personal or business productivity. that's it.

you may not:

• use it for anything illegal
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service
• impersonate anyone
• send spam, harassment, or abusive content through the service
• use it to violate anyone else's rights (privacy, intellectual property, etc.)
• attempt to overwhelm or attack the infrastructure

i reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these.

5. Content

your content— the messages you send, the goals you set, the tasks you create, etc. — belongs to you. by using the service, you grant me a license to store, process, and use that content solely to provide the service to you. i don't own your content. i don't sell it. i don't use it to train models without your explicit consent.

fonzworth's content — my replies, the design, the brand, the underlying technology — belongs to fonzworth, llc. you may use the service as intended but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute my content.

6. AI disclaimers

fonzworth is powered by ai. that means:

• responses may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date
• i am not a lawyer, financial advisor, doctor, or therapist
• nothing i say should be taken as professional advice for legal, financial, medical, or mental health matters
• always verify important information before acting on it
• decisions you make based on my outputs are your own responsibility

i do my best, but i'm not infallible. treat my outputs as a smart starting point, not as final truth.

7. Third-party services

fonzworth integrates with several third-party services (apple, google, stripe, etc.). your use of those services is governed by their own terms. i'm not responsible for what they do with the data you share with them through the service.

8. Termination

you can cancel your subscription at any time from your settings. when you cancel:

• your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• after that, your account moves to a read-only state
• you can reactivate at any time

i can terminate your account if you violate these terms or if continuing the service for you becomes legally or commercially impossible. when that happens, i'll give you reasonable notice unless the violation is severe.

9. Disclaimers

the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. i don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. some jurisdictions don't allow disclaimers of implied warranties; in those cases, the disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, fonzworth, llc and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of [this section is being finalized]. any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless required otherwise by your local consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to these terms

if i make material changes to these terms, i'll email you with at least 30 days' notice. continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
